Shipping Policy


We offer free shipping on all orders. (Except for Alaska and Hawaii Etc.) It’s superfast, most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, you’ll get it at your destination anywhere in the USA in less than 10 business days!

Ownership of packages turned over to Shipping Carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors or incorrect shipping info via the carrier.

Return Policy

You may return any of our items (excluding custom items) in their original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund of what you paid.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. unless they arrived at you damaged or defective. 

Shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless an error is on our end.

We require the following information to process your return.

All returns must be shipped back to our return department using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Etc.)

Any package that has not been received by our return department and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.

If your package is returned to ComfyDown.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will, unfortunately, need to charge a $5.00 re-shipping fee.

Please note that custom items are not included in our return policy.


Claims

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
